Details regarding Dir en grey’s brand new single, “激しさと、この胸の中で絡み付いた灼熱の闇” (Hageshi sato, kono mune no naka de karamitsui ta shakunetsu no yami) have now been revealed via the band’s ohp. We had previously posted about the new release, but now we know just a bit more regarding the tracklisting and release information.

That’s right, the band has plans to release an all-new recording of their song 残 (ZAN) which originally appeared on their 1999 release GAUZE. As well as a new recording of a slightly more recent track, 蝕紅 (Shokubeni) that had originally appeared on their 2003 release, VULGAR. Additionally, both the actual track as well as the video footage for Shokubeni had all been “shot in one take” according to their ohp.
