Québec Street Fashion Photo Book ?

The more I think about it, the more I think it would be a great idea... Take a look at this :

It'd based on that Japanese Street Fashion Photo Book called Fruits, you know.. So we'd take pictures of people on the street, ask them where they bought their clothes, ask them their name or nickname, their age, maybe where they get their inspiration too, they could give us a little message that we'd scan and put it in the book and of course, we'd ask them their email, not to publish it but to send them the page where their photo is.
Also, I thought that we could separate it in four sections : Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, so we'd have a year to take picture... those four sections would be there cause we have major temperature changement between seasons, here, in Québec, and I think it would be interresting to show everything, to show the contrast...
Of course, we'd take pictures of people who stands out of the crowd, as Fruit does, if not, it wouldn't be interresting.  And it won't be only Harajuku fashion ! We'll take anything standing out of the crowd ! I want to show that Québec has a pretty nice underground fashion sense too ! Japan got Lolitas, Germany got Goths and England got Punks, but Québec has something too and I want to show it~
There's only one thing... I don't know yet if this would be done in french or in english... There won't be a lot of text, still it is that it'd be more.. universal... to do it in english... But since we are in Québec and that we are french speakers, well... I don't know... It'll probably be overloaded if both are done at the same time and a book in english and one in french wouldn't worth it, I'm pretty sure of this...
So if you get any suggestion toward this or anything else, please feel free to mention it ! I'd be glad to take it in consideration ! (And you may get a special thanks in the book !)
