Splice VS New Vogue Children

Ok.

The only similar point with Splice and New Vogue Children

Is that Dren and the NVC had been made in a laboratory

Using some cloning methods

And that they are growing faster than "normal humans"

Those are the very only point similar.

Better believe it, I'm not the NVC's mother for nothing è_é

My NVC are more close to cloning than Dren is

Since she has been creating by splicing together many species DNA

Including human DNA.

Is probably my external hardrive....

My portable DVD player isn't dead...

But...

Like two weeks ago

It stopped reading DVDs, all of a sudden.

I then cleaned the lense

And it would still not reading anything.

A few days later

I tried again

Thinking in a pessimistic way that maybe it would work

It did.

But it ain't anymore -___-

Seriously.....

I watched Kairo two days ago

And yesterday

It wouldn't work.

I just cleaned the lense again

But it's still being a bitch >_>....

And I know the lense's the problem...

Everything else is fine.

[What about your computer's DVD player ?]

You'd say....

And if you don't

Take this as an example :

I downloaded the lightest DVD player program

I turn internet off along with its program

I shut down my anti-spyware/adware/etc and anti-virus

I shut down Winamp and Chrome

I shut down everything.

Still the movie lags

So much that it ends up de-synchronizing the image with the sound

And it sometimes get so bad that I get an error message about it.

*re-le sigh*

So right now

I'm fucked.

Fucked with the urge to watch a movie

But not being able to.

And to go back to my computer...

My mouse is about to die...

Or its plug is...

I hope its the mouse... D:

Less complicated to buy a new mouse than a new plug ._.

But yeah, like.... It now freezes...

But not as when your whole computer freezes...

I unplug it and plug it back and it works "fine" again for a while...

BUT

When doing so

I've to be careful...

Cause the mouse's plug is right under the power wire

And it may be.... REALLY.   REALLY. REALLY. Sensitive.

Like in I barely touch it and the computer turns off.

But not always... Only once in a while

Just when it wants to piss me off >_>...

Not to mention that the left click is fucked up

It's like if my mouse had some G spot >_>

So it's being like [TROLOLOL You clicked but I won't click ! ;D]....

So yeah, I guess the problem's the mouse D:....

The thing is that I'm wondering if non-USB mouse are still on the market ._.

Cause first of all

I've no free USB spot

And second, my computer always hated USB mouse/keyboard...

That's why I've an adapter for my keyboard...

But yeah, I've only ONE -.-

I just don't know if they completely switched to USB things, actually ._.

I'm not up to date with technology -___-

I may be some kind of geek

But I just don't get why thay should change this fast things that work perfectly fine ò______ó

So three weeks ago

I purchased a bunch of Asian horror movies on eBay

Since my PayPal account is directly linked to my bank account

It takes around a week for my payments to be fully sent

So those DVDs have been shipped two weeks ago.

Yesterday, I died from overdose.

When I said that TV was bad for you

I feel like those who made Twilight based themselves on that movie....

The girl who played Jesse had as much emotion as the one who's playing Bella

Is a quite low budget movie

And that it all been filmed in front of a blue screen ?

Before having watched the making of

I had absolutely NO DOUBT that they've been in front of a blue screen all along o_o

I guess this means they're a whole bunch of pretty good actors XD

And that 3D technology wasn't THIS bad in 2002-04

Cause... Yes...

It took 2 years to make due to low budget

And animations of robots

And creating stage sets/scenery...

Since they were working for a doctor who sold fresh organs to the black market

Because she was jealous of her sister

And the father was that doctor...

BUT THE THING IS.

That...

Not only did that doctor dated his 6 or 7 nurses

But...

He promised to marry one of them...

Yeah, the one they killed

But

So that they can married....

She got an operation to become a woman.

SO ALL OF THIS BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WAS ACTUALLY GAY ?!?!

Long time no see !

Not really

Just been... somewhat busy, I guess

So on Thursday

My mother, her boyfriend and my younger sister

Came at my place around 11

So I brought them to eat breakfast at Flash Café~~

Then we went at Place Ste-Foy/Place de la Cité...

I ended up buying The Cabinet of Dr Caligari,

We're Back !

Grease and

Machine Girl

At Archambault lolz.

And then I went to work with my sis

And we left for the Pays des Vaches after that.

Yesterday

We unwrapped my mother's gifts

Which all happened to be some useful gifts

Such as kitchen accessories

And a mirror bigger than the shitty ones I already got, thank god ! *o*

Then we left to go at my cousin's place

And... OMG

His girlfriend is pregnant ok...

But she should give birth in about 2 weeks

So her belly is like... So big !

Ah my...

I feel overwhelmed for them XD

So yeah

We played pool and that's nearly all =o

We went back home

Everyone went to bed but me

So I watched my very first silent movie ever

Which was, you guessed right, Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari !

With one of my mother's cat sleeping on my belly, purring ♥

Whatever you may think

And I sure know most of you haven't watched any silent movie at all

Silent movies aren't boring.

It's just a complete other universe than recent movies

The actors play as if it was a play or something

It's in black and white/sepia

The camera isn't pretty stable

And there's the classical white or black spots and scratches on the film

Which are really proper to old movies

In addition to the fact that you can't hear them speak

So you don't have to expect that the movie will be the same as today's ones

Cause it's not.

But I think it's good anyway !

I liked it and want more old movies !

I will try to find Metropolis !

Cause my first silent movie

Actually was Un chien andalou

I will end up watching every 20's fucked up movies LOL.

Oh and I was sad
Cause We're Back ! isn't in french D8
You also guessed that it was one of my childhood movies...
So I wanted it to be in french...
But no...
There's only subtitles in french -.-
I should always check if the french tracks are on those DVDs D8
I'm not used to it since I usually don't matter
But...

Montréal wasn't pretty enough...

I just watched Taking Lives.

The story is taking place in Montréal.

We sure all know that Montréal is where the Château Frontenac is !

I also recognized some Vieux Québec streets LOL.

At least, the Festival de Jazz de Montréal obviously takes place in... Montréal...

Huh...

Also.

I think it's funny that a man called Paquette

Has some kind of spanish or... 

Well, actually it sounded closer to the french moroccan accent... LOL.

And that when him and Duval spoke in french together

They had the France french accent...

Re-LOL.

Another funny things is that 

The cops are credited as the Québec City cops

But...

Wasn't the story taking place in Montréal ?! XDDDD

It also was nice that

A few Québec actors were in it

Such as

Marie-Josée Croze and

Emmanuel Bilodeau

There were more

But those two were the only two I noticed LOL

But I see Julien Poulin in the credits oO

Didn't noticed him...

Still... He's usually quite...

Noticeable... LOL.

In the end

I think the movie was good anyway

Even though those little details

Kinda...

Annoyed me XD;;

But eh...

It wasn't the best movie of all time

And I knew since the very first time we saw him

That HE was the man they were looking for..

So

On that side

It was kinda predictable...

Even though 

They made it so that you have doubt

While watching the movie...

But anyway

At least it was entertaining XD

So yesterday

I went to Place Lau with Lillie Joe~

Didn't buy anything then

But she bought something for her mother~

We ended up

Staying up all night 

At Flash Café

Talking about animes/manga

TMI stuff (LOL)

And a few other things I guess XD

Around 7:30, this morning

We decided to maybe go see if a few shop were open

But most opened around 10

But a few ones which opened at 8

But she decided to go home, in the end

I was about to go home too

But then I stopped at Zeller's

And bough a $60 worth of...

....

Cheap movie LOL.

Talk about impulsive buying XD

So now I have Ma Vie en Cinémascope

Which I just watched

And made me wanna go back to the late 40's, early 50's again

The Green Mile and

Kinky Boots.

Then I went to buy some cigarettes at Maison de la Presse

And saw the Battle Royale novel...

For 10 bucks...

LOL ?

So yeah, I bought it XD
