Of course, you know Dir en grey, Gazette, Alice Nine, AnCafe, miyavi, Malice Mizer and X-Japan.

Ok.  Malice, Dir and X are classics. But there are MUCH more than this.  Here is a... I'll try to make it short... list of band you should know.  (And yeah, I'm not posting any links of pictures.  Stop being some lazy asses and SEARCH by yourself.)

 

BUCK-TICK

Seriously, this band should have the same notoriety as X.  It's probably the only band on Earth with over 200 songs and that every single one of them is good.  Even the oldest ones, back in the 80's.  I think it's impossible for someone not to like at least a single song by them.  Luckily, they have many Best of album, just pick one of them and listen to it (Catalogue 2005 would be the best, I guess).

 

Kuroyume

You like Dir en grey, you should at least know Kuroyume... or AT THE VERY LEAST, Kiyoharu's name.  You don't ? Shame on you, then.  Go watch Autism's PV.  And look for a Best of album for them too (EMI 1994-1998 BEST OR WORST, maybe...), but if I had to suggest an album, I'd make you take a listen to feminism.  Then, you might want to look for Kiyoharu's solo work and another band of his : the SADS.

 

LUNA SEA

Maybe you'd think the voice is annoying, but if you like X, I wouldn't get why you'd not like them, especially since they've been discovered by hide.  They should have a Best of album (-COMPLETE BEST- someone ?) too.. if not, at least go watch ROSIER's PV.  (Not that the PV is OMFG AWESOME, but the song IS.)

 

Penicillin

You surely know Hakuei for his modelling in the GLBs, huh ? Penicillin is his band.  Yes, he does have a very peculiar voice, but we get used to it.  At least, you should go watch Imitation Love and Romance's PVs.  It's older stuff, but i must say that I'm not really up to date, concerning them... Cause yeah, they are still pretty active !

 

Pierrot

Private Enemy and ID Attack.  Look for those.  I like how they may sound quite happy when you don't really know what Kirito is singing... But then, when you do, you get that they're quite fucked up ♥ Pierrot is disbanded, but it doesn't mean that the boys aren't.  Aiji is now in LM.C, as you may know, and Kirito, Kohta and Takeo are now in Angelo... And I must say that Angelo is still much in Pierrot's range, so does Kirito's solo career.  But still, I personnally prefer Pierrot, so listen to them. Now.

 

L'arc~en~Ciel

Please, tell me you at least know Laruku ! x_x Or you know Hyde, don't you ? Err, anyway... I must say that I'm not THIS fond of L'arc, but it's still a classic.  Look for Stay Away's PV (It's caricatural, got it ?) .  Maybe give a try to that Quatrinity best of.... 

 

MUCC

Maybe you heard about the EroGuro style ? They started/popularized it, even though they're not much into it anymore.  They're now trying new stuff and it's alright this way.  You MUST watch Ware arubeki basho's PV. MUST.  Then, look for those albums : BEST OF MUCC and WORST OF MUCC.

 

Plastic Tree

You heard about Kodonas too ? This word actually comes from Plastic Tree's vocalist, Ryutarou's mouth.  Every kodona in this world should listen to Plastic Tree.  Ok, ok... At least know them.  They're more on the soft side, I must say, though... But who said that J-rock HAS to be heavy ? Look for their Single Collect kind of best of.  And Baka ni natta no ni's PV is pretty cool xD

 

D'espairsRay

Probably most of you know them for their latest work... But I suggest you older stuff.  Coll:set as for an example, and even older stuff.  Also look for Reddish and Garnet's PVs, specially if you don't really want to listen to a whole album.

 

Lareine

Especially if you're more on the visual kei side and that you like the shity band in which Kamijo is now which people usually call Versailles, you should know how fabulous he was in Lareine.  Just look for some PVs/Lives on YouTube

I have feet.

Remember that I said that I started to train my feet with heels since my converses died and blahblabla and then I said that after three days, I was really glad to have a day off so that my feet could rest a bit and so on ?

Yeah... Actually, now, they're ain't to bad... But I actually wear my most confortable shoes... Sandals, actually, to get my feet used to the angle... and when I'll be able to wear them non stop, I guess that I'll just switch to less confortable shoes such as those I wore on Ste-Dolorès... and after those, I should be up to my needle heels shoes... But that should be near the summer's end, I guess... Maybe more... And I'll have to find some boots for this winter... And get those I already own fixed since I tend to walk on the very sole of my feet, so the heels got worn out in a weird angle x_X... So I can't really wear them anymore, or, at least, not for a long time... It'd be a pain in the ass to go to work with those on D8

 

SO YEAH.  This summer is a feminine one.

Ok, look....

No one, absolutely no fucking one will ever touch my computer again but me, final period.

Okay, I kinda fixed the mess that has been made yesterday, it may be not working perferctly, but still it is that it works at least a bit and I'm not a pro informatitian.  I still think that the main problem is a conflict about which computer will have the single channel available.  (Oh, by the way, Franco, your USB wi-fi thing is compatible with Windows XP, it's written on the box, eh !) And that my computer is an old hag.  *sigh*

 

That's all... I just hate that people want to try to fix my computer or just want to use it... It's one of the million things bugging me... I mean... I know my computer, I know that I have to be patient with it, very patient cause, no, I don't even have a single Go of RAM, and I know which things bugs it and which things won't... And those things, other people don't know them.  Other people are used to other computers and even if you tell them not to do some things, they might forget it cause they're doing it on their own computer...

Or, they're complete newbs and they go on internet and click on things they shouldn't and gets you some shits.  Which is fucking annoying... You can't blame someone not to know something no one ever showed them...

So yeah, from now on, NO. FUCKING. ONE. BUT. ME AND MYSELF. WILL. TOUCH. MY. PC. End of the story.  LA FIN.

I don't have the best PC in the world, but I cherish it pretty much... And I don't know what I'd do, seriously, if it happened that I'd lose it...  I love you, PC ;_;/♥

Dans mon temps...

Les jujubes vers de terre étaient plus longs.

La crème des biscuits Oréo était... crémeuse.

Il n'y avait pas ou peu de saveur citronnée dans le 7up.

Il n'y avait pas de scandal à cause de Barbie/Bratz/Whatever trop peu vêtues.

Les enfants entre 6 et 11 ans allaient jouer dehors au lieu de perdre leur temps sur Internet.

Les parents avaient pas à capoter que leurs enfants aillent voir de la porn, non plus.

Il n'y avait pas de pop star prépubère.

Les films en 3D, c'était toujours des films de marde, au Imax. (C'est encore vrai, d'ailleurs... sauf que c'était pas vraiment la mode.)

C'était Benoit Brière qui faisait les pubs de Bell.  C'était plus vendeur comme ça.

Comme c'était Bernard Fortin qui faisait les pubs d'Harvey's

On n'avait pas de HD pis on s'en plaignait pas.

On n'avait pas besoin de mettre à jour son statut sur FaceBook quand on trouvait le temps long pour le faire savoir à tout le monde.

On avait de la neige de fin novembre à mars, c'est tout.

À 6 ans, on savait pas ce que con, pétasse, salope et tout le reste voulait dire.

Personne avait de laveuse frontale.

Quand tu portais du 13, en pantalon, t'étais vraiment ronde. (Je porte présentement du 13...)

Les emos n'existaient pas, c'était les grunges fans de Nirvana, les punks fans de Rancid et les gothiques fans de Marilyn Manson.

Il n'y avait que les quelques gothiques du moment qui se souvenaient encore de Nightmare Before Christmas.

Les gamines de 9 ans ne portaient ni string, ni jupe ras la noune, ni chandail extra-moulant, ni talons hauts, sauf quand elles jouaient dans les fringues de leur mère, pour ce qui est des talons...

Star Académie et les autres télé-réalité (du genre ou pas) n'existaient pas.

On écoutait Piment Fort même si on pigeait rien parce que c'était cool.

Marc Labrèche, c'était Matusalem.

On enregistrait de 3 à 5 films sur une cassette, on se trompait de bouton en voulant faire pause pour aller faire pipi et on enregistrait les écureuils de la télé par dessus les sirènes de Peter Pan (Fait vécu).

Quand tu branchais un lecteur CD portatif dans l'auto avec un adapteur à cassette, t'étais fichtrement hot.

Porter des talons aiguilles, c'était ringard.

Les tailles hautes, c'était pour les matantes pis les mémés.

Les enfants étaient pas allergiques à tout.

Comme les enfants étaient pas si mal élevés.

Les Smarties goûtaient pas la marde.

D'ou viens ton surnom Trucydae?

Quand je me suis créé un blog, en janvier 2005, je cherchais un nom original, pas un truc japonais qui aurait fini par m'énerver avec le temps, quelque chose que je pourrais garder longtemps... Dans ce temps-là (J'étais au secondaire), Spatu et moi avions une fixation sur le mot "trucider"... J'ai changé quelques lettres et pis voilà... Ensuite, quelques mois plus tard, un an peut-être, je voulais aussi un nom de famille pour aller avec ça... J'avais, entre temps, gribouillé un truc pendant un cours de math très inspiré par Tim Burton et j'avais appelé mes deux personnages The Theadviling, comme je venais d'acheter Nightmare Before Christmas et Corpse Bride et que les deux avaient un air squelettique, zombiesque... Donc Living Dead, Living Death, Death Living, Thead Living, Theadviling... Voilà, quoi =3
